PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program capable of simply restricting the viewing of a part of a content.SOLUTION: A content processing device 3 includes a content reception unit 321 for receiving a content to be outputted, a partial restriction information reception unit 322 for receiving the partial restriction information, containing identification information, i.e., the information for restricting the viewing of a part of a content, and identifying a part of a content, a recognition difficulty processing unit 331 performing the processing for making a part of a content, identified by the identification information of the partial restriction information, difficult to recognize, and a content output unit 341 for outputting the content of the results of recognition difficulty processing performed by the recognition difficulty processing unit 331.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
