PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a power storage device, in which foreign matters adhered to a separator can be removed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 11 comprises: transportation devices 20 and 30 that transport separators 13 and 14, respectively; an installation device 40 for mounting an electrode 12; a first removal device 50 that removes foreign matters from the first separator 13; and a second removal device 60 that removes foreign matters from the second separator 14. The first removal device 50 has: brushes 51 and 52 coming in contact with both surfaces of the first separator 13, respectively; a case 53 that accommodates the brushes 51 and 52; and first suction parts 54a and 54b.
