PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate armature core for preventing leakage of resin from a gap between a dummy plate and an armature core body by increasing a plate thickness of a portion of the dummy plate compared to other portions in a method of encapsulating resin of the laminate armature core using the dummy plate.SOLUTION: Leakage of resin is prevented by detecting portions 30 and 31 where heights of an armature core body 14 formed by laminating a plurality of core pieces 11 are low, making a thickness of a dummy plate 16 positioned at the portions 30 and 31 where the heights are low thicker than thicknesses of other portions, and making a gap between the armature core body 14 and the dummy plate 16 when armature core body 14 is pressed by an upper mold and a lower mold smaller than a constant value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
