PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburization analyzing device and a carburization analyzing method, which can shorten the carburization calculation time of a carburization treatment article.SOLUTION: Provided is a carburization analyzing device 100 for analyzing the carburization amount of a carburization treatment article disposed in a treatment space for a carburization treatment. The carburization analyzing device 100 comprises: a fluid analyzing part 110 for calculating steady resolutions of a carbon absorbing rate into said carburization treatment article on the basis of a continuous equation, a fluid motion equation, an energy equation, a transportation equation of gas components and a solid surface chemical reaction equation; and an in-solid diffusion analysis section 112 for calculating said carburization treatment amount on the basis of the diffusion equation of the carbon in the article being carburized, by using the steady solution of the carbon adsorption rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
