PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded urethane composition reducing dynamic magnification and frequency dependence of storage elastic modulus.SOLUTION: There is provided an expanded urethane composition containing an urethane polymer (A) having an isocyanate group obtained by reacting polytetramethylene glycol (a-1) and 1,5-naphthalene isocyanate (a-2), a compound having an active hydrogen atom (B) and water (C). There is provided a strut mount having a cured article of the expanded urethane composition. The cured article of the expanded urethane compound can be used especially preferably as an internal filler of a housing of the strut mount.SELECTED DRAWING: None
