PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate energy levels at nodes in a water distribution pipe network.SOLUTION: When a total value of absolute values of flow rate balances at respective nodes in a water distribution pipe network 10 exceeds an allowable value, a water distribution pipe network calculation device 1 generates equations where solutions are correction values of energy levels at the respective nodes on the basis of a formula for calculating a flow rate between adjacent nodes from differences in energy level between the adjacent nodes in the water distribution pipe network 10. Next, when differences in current energy level between the adjacent nodes are zero, the water distribution pipe network calculation device 1 corrects the equations by changing values obtained by exponentiating the energy level differences, which are variables of the equations, to values that are significantly smaller than the values obtained by exponentiating the energy level differences and depend on the number of times of correcting the energy levels at the respective nodes. Then, the water distribution pipe network calculation device 1 calculates correction values of energy levels at the respective nodes as solutions of the corrected equations and corrects current energy levels at the respective nodes by adding the respective correction values to the current energy levels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
