PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of improving sealability of a fitting part of an outer member and a cylindrical portion while suppressing expansion of the cylindrical portion in being fitted to the outer member, in the sealing device for fitting the cylindrical portion of a core metal to an outer diameter face of the outer member.SOLUTION: A sealing device 7 for sealing a sealed space S formed between two members of an inner member 6 and an outer member 2 relatively rotated on the same axis L, includes a core metal 70 fitted to the outer member 2, and a seal member 75 for sealing between the core metal 70 and the outer member 2. The core metal includes a cylindrical portion 71 fitted to an outer diameter face 2a of the outer member, an inward flange portion 72 extended from one end portion 71a of the cylindrical portion to an inner diameter side, and covering an axial end face 2b of the outer member 2, and a bent portion 73 bent to an outer diameter side from the other end portion 71b of the cylindrical portion. The seal member is constituted to be disposed between the cylindrical portion and the outer diameter face of the outer member at the fitting part of the cylindrical portion and the outer member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
