摘要 Disclosed is a self-adaptable pediculate screw, comprising a screw rod (1). A permanent seat (3) is disposed at the top of the screw rod (1). A spherical through-hole is provided in the permanent seat (3). A spherical hinge (2) is provided in the spherical through-hole. The permanent seat (3) and the spherical hinge (2) are matched in a sliding manner. The self-adaptable pediculate screw uses the structural design of the spherical hinge (2), which can enable the slide to match a hole (21) to self-adapt to the bending direction of the orthopedic rod, compensate for the manufacturing error of the orthopedic rod, and make it easy to thread the rod on correction. Meanwhile, the internal stress is reduced, which is a result of the orthopedic rod not being produced accurately and being forced to be pulled into a U-shaped groove of a traditional pediculate screw to make the orthopedic rod be deformed elastically. While fully satisfying the selection of an orthopedic rod with a relatively large diameter, the self-adaptable pediculate screw can greatly reduce the incisura of the self-adaptable pediculate screw tail. This solves the problem of bursting through the skin easily being caused by the high incisura of the existing pediculate U-shaped screw when the spines of infants and children are corrected, and the problem of rod breaking of the orthopedic rod with a relatively small diameter. The self-adaptable pediculate screw induces a deformed spine to grow in the normal direction by allowing sliding between itself and the orthopedic rod, so as to avoid constraints on spine growth and avoid threats to spinal function caused by prolonged surgery and spinal cord stretching.
