PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some problems found in a missile radome that a temperature of an adhering part used at a connecting part between a ceramic radome and a radome ring exceeds a heatproof temperature upon becoming a high temperature at the radome due to aerodynamic heating generated during flying of the missile, and a thermal stress generated at the radome part becomes high and exceeds a strength of the radome.SOLUTION: Porous ceramics immersed with paraffinic mineral oil is applied at a ceramic radome, calorific capacity of the ceramic radome is improved only by a calorific capacity of paraffinic mineral oil, and utilization of latent heat for melting and gasification of paraffinic mineral oil or the like at the time of a high temperature of the radome restricts increasing in temperature of the radome, the melted and gasified paraffinic mineral oil forms a protection interface layer between the surface of the radome and the surrounding part, the layer acts as a heat insulation layer to restrict calory flowing into the radome and restricts increasing at the temperatures of the adhering part or the entire radome.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
