PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system in which control of charge and discharge of its own storage battery can be carried out while including the preset common area electric energy, as required, even when it is set to provide a part of the electric energy of its own storage battery as a distributed storage battery, as the common area electric energy in a community.SOLUTION: A power management system is connected with a system power supply, and performs power management of a user facility in a power management area including a plurality of user facilities having a storage battery, as one electrical facility. The power management system includes: a storage unit for storing a storage battery management table indicating the shared use rate, i.e., the ratio of the maximum power storage capacity of the storage battery and the common area electric energy provided as a shared electric energy in the power management area, and a flag indicating whether or not the common area electric energy is provided as sharing, per the user facilities; and a demand processing unit for obtaining the power that can be the reverse power flow for the system power supply, based on each flag of the user facility, with reference to the storage battery management table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
