PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a prior operation with an induction guidance device and attain efficiency of an operation rate regarding a technology inducing and guiding customers to a vacant device when implementing a product registration and settlement processing with a self register device.SOLUTION: SCO state control means 104 is configured to set states of [inactive], [in use], [vacant] and [stand-by] for each of SCO-01 to SCO-06 of an SCO state table 116. Customer induction means 105 is configured to implement a display instructing an induction guidance device 102 to induce customers to the SCO in the vacant state for each of the SCO-01 to SCO-06 when the SCO state is [vacant]. When all SCO states are not [vacant] or [inactive], prior operation data registration means 106 is configured to cause the customer to register prior operation data from the induction guidance device. When the SCO state is [stand-by] and the prior operation data is registered in a prior operation table 117, the customer induction means is configured to implement the display instructing the induction guidance device to induce the customer to the SCO for each of the SCO-01 to SCO-06.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
