PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic powder composition capable of suppressing dust emission and reducing elution amount of hexavalent chromium from ground improvement.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic powder component containing (A) a solidification material containing a ground product of cement clinker having hydraulic modulus (H.M.) of 2.00 to 2.10, free lime amount of 0.1 to 1.0 mass%, all chromium content of 200 ppm or more and percentage of all hexavalent chromium in all chromium content of 20 mass% or less and a gypsum with percentage of SOin the solidification material of 3.5 to 15 mass%, (B) one or more kinds of dust emission inhibitor selected from a group consisting of an alcohol compound, a hydration retarder and starches and (C) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
