The purpose of the present invention is to effectively inhibit Cr diffusion from a corner section in a protruding part of an air electrode-side collector member. This electrochemical reaction unit is provided with: a unit cell that comprises an air electrode and a fuel electrode that face one another in a first direction so as to interpose, therebetween, an electrolyte layer and an electrolyte layer containing a solid oxide; a collector member that is disposed on the air electrode side of the unit cell and has a protruding part that protrudes toward the air electrode; a conductive coat that covers the surface of the collector member; and a conductive bonding layer that bonds the air electrode and the protruding part covered by the coat. In all cross-sections of the protruding part that are parallel to the first direction, a corner section of the protruding part covered by the coat is covered by the bonding layer.
