Disclosed are a method and apparatus for computing a distance from a mobile station to a cell, wherein the method comprises: separately obtaining a distance from a mobile station to preset cells and a preset variable value; fitting a preset link formula according to the distance from the mobile station to the preset cells and the preset variable value, and obtaining parameter values in the link formula; and obtaining a variable value from the mobile station to a cell to be detected, and computing and obtaining, according to the variable value of the cell to be detected and the parameter values in the link formula, the distance from the mobile station to the cell to be detected. |
