A mounting substrate module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate; an antenna mounted on one surface of the substrate; an RF circuit part mounted on the other surface of the substrate; and a feeding line which electrically connects the antenna to the RF circuit part through the substrate. Thereby, a signal power loss can be reduced.
