PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solidify a unconsolidated sample on the ground under the special curing conditions nearly the same as a foot protection part so as to obtain the compression strength very close to the foot protection part.SOLUTION: A foot protection part 3 is formed by injecting cement milk in a pile hole 2 dug from a ground 1. A part of shell filler in the foot protection part 3 is collected to the ground 1, is put in a mold as a unsolidified sample 3a, and is placed in a curing space 5. The unsolidified sample 3a is cured under the special curing conditions, and the data of a temperature and its time are acquired, so as to make a graph of "Time-Temperature". The temperature in the foot protection part 3 is also measured to make a graph of "Time-Temperature". The special curing conditions are made to be nearly the same as that of the foot protection part 3 by adjusting curing temperature and humidity. |
