According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a remote vehicle manipulating system to control a manipulating device in a vehicle by responding to a manipulating command when the manipulating command with respect to an image transmitted from a user terminal in a remote terminal is inputted. According to an embodiment, the disclosed remote vehicle manipulating system comprises: a user terminal provided to transmit an image with respect to a manipulating device of a vehicle to a remote terminal; the remote terminal displaying the image transmitted from the user terminal, and transmitting a control signal to control manipulation of the manipulating device to the vehicle when a manipulation command with respect to the manipulating device displayed in the image is inputted; and the vehicle controlling a function of the manipulation device in accordance with the control signal.
