The present invention relates to a garbage extinction device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a garbage extinction device which conducts chemical decomposition using microorganisms to dispose garbage inside an extinction device, and physically pulverizes the garbage at the same time; and to a garbage treatment method using the garbage extinction device. The garbage extinction device stably treats the garbage by pulverizing the garbage and recycling the treated garbage as compost, feed and the like; and prevents following secondary environmental contamination. Also, the garbage extinction device effectively discharges odor and harmful gas generated in a process of treating the garbage to be extinct.
