The present invention relates to a document security system and a document security method through document verification and conversion. According to the present invention, the document security system through document verification and conversion includes: a format verification step of verifying a format of a document file; and a document vulnerability step of determining whether the document file is abnormal based on the result of the format verification step. Therefore, the document security system does not require a separate pattern DB for a malignant code, and figures out a document vulnerability status for the document file having error vulnerability which a computer vaccine cannot detect.
