An apparatus for controlling thrust vectoring of a jet is disclosed. According to the present invention, the thrust vectoring control apparatus comprises: a thrust nozzle having an outlet discharging a jet to a rear side; an upper flap and a lower flap installed to be vertically moved on an upper side and a lower side of the outlet to guide thrust vectoring by using a Coanda effect; and a left side plate and a right side plate having a rear space of the outlet formed between the upper flap and the lower flap therebetween and installed to face each other on both sides of the outlet. Each left side plate and right side plate can close a left side and a right side of the rear space of the outlet to reduce strength variations in the horizontal direction of the jet.
