PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter roll capable of preventing defective cutting and damage of a blade, without causing an adjustment variation by the thermal expansion of a guide ring and the blade by a difference in a thermal expansion coefficient by a difference in a raw material.SOLUTION: The cutter roll comprises: a body part 2 formed of a first raw material having a pair of first level difference parts 21 dropped in by a level difference of the first depth more than the outermost layer and a pair of second level difference parts 22 dropped in by a level difference deeper than the first depth; a first base material 4 formed of a second raw material installed in the first level difference parts; a second base material 6 formed of the second raw material installed in the second level difference parts; a cutter member 3 in which the first base material projects higher than the outermost layer of the body part and formed of a third raw material installed between the first base material and itself and in a recess 7 formed of the outermost layer; and a guide ring 5 formed of the third raw material provided on a surface of the second base material. The third raw material has hardness higher than the first raw material and the second raw material, the third raw material has the thermal expansion coefficient lower than the first raw material and the second raw material, and the cutter member 3 has a projection blade 31. |
