An inflatable dam has an inflatable bladder 6 and a cover 10 wherein the cover 10 is anchored to the surface of the bladder 6. The cover 10 may envelope all or part of the bladder 6, which may be formed of a sheet of impermeable membrane forming an airtight bladder. The cover may be anchored to the external surface of the bladder by means of anchor panels 11,11a and eye plates 14, said eye plates 14 may be aligned and secured by threaded cable 24 through the eye passages 20. |
