The switch insert (1) has an attaching unit that is provided at an inside of a frame cover (27), such that a contact rocker (36) is locked in a pre-assembly position. A breakthrough is provided in a base wall (28) of frame cover, for performing engagement of an operating arm of a switch rocker (41). The operating arm is provided to push the contact rocker into an operation position when assembling of the switch rocker on switch housing, such that the contact rocker rests upon a contact rocker bearing (19).
