The present invention relates to an ink composition comprising a multi-functional adhesive suitable for a 3D printer and use thereof. The multi-functional adhesive comprises a compound having a catechol group and has excellent adhesion to various materials, such as gypsum powder, polymers, metals, ceramics and composite materials. When using the ink composition comprising the multi-functional adhesive according to the present invention, it is possible to carry out processing of various functional materials, which, otherwise have a difficulty in molding into a three dimensional structure. Therefore, the ink composition according to the present invention creates the market of functional materials for 1 3D printer and has high applicability to new application fields, such as cars, medical applications, fashion, aerospace, construction, consumers house electronics, entertainment, or the like.
