The lead encloses a first region. The membrane separates the port from the first region. Another embodiment includes corresponding systems, devices and structures. Each of the systems, the devices, and the structures is configured to perform the operation or step of the method of the corresponding embodiment. So, the occupied space of the transducer package can be reduced. |
