Provided are a lens driving apparatus which disperses stress applied to an upper elastic member caused by an impact, and can improve accuracy in hand-shaking correction; and a camera module. An embodiment of the present invention, the lens driving apparatus comprises: a bobbin having a lens installed therein; a first coil and a magnet electromagnetically and mutually act to move the bobbin; a housing for receiving the bobbin; an elastic member including an inner frame coupling to the bobbin, an outer frame coupling to the housing, and a frame connection unit for connecting the inner and outer frames; and a support member connected to the elastic member, and supporting the housing. The outer frame includes: a first coupling unit coupling to the housing; a second coupling unit coupling to the support member, and separating from the first coupling unit; and a single connection unit for connecting the first and second coupling units. |
