PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a different network service for a communication device depending on a contract system.SOLUTION: A communication system provides network services for a plurality of communication devices to which different network IDs are set depending on a contract system. The communication system comprises: a relay unit for relaying information between a communication device and a network comprised in the communication system; a relay destination selection unit for selecting a relay destination corresponding to an IP address allocated to a communication device for the communication device; and an address provisioning unit for providing an IP address corresponding to the contact system for the communication device.
