PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a driver package configuration in an XPS printer driver.SOLUTION: In a filter setting file, an information addition filter for executing processing of adding predetermined information in page unit of an XPS document is set twice before and after the execution of a compaction filter. The information addition filter determines whether or not a value "PageProcess=DONE" indicating that reading is performed to execute processing for the logical page unit is set in print setting information. The information addition filter adds predetermined information on the basis of a value indicating whether the logical page unit set in the print setting information can be processed if the "PageProcess=DONE" is not set, and adds predetermined information on the basis of a value indicating whether a physical page unit set in the print setting information can be processed if the "PageProcess=DONE" is set. |
