PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact applied to a covering member in a case where a powder storage container falls.SOLUTION: A toner cartridge 68Y is provided with: a first side wall 401 extending along the longitudinal direction of the toner cartridge 68Y, a second side wall 402 arranged opposite the first side wall 401; a third side wall 403 arranged along the direction in which the toner cartridge 68Y is attached to an apparatus body; a fourth side wall 404 arranged opposite the third side wall 403; and a bottom plate 405 connected to the respective lower ends of the first side wall 401 to fourth side wall 404. The bottom plate 405 of the toner cartridge 68Y is provided with a shutter 406 covering a toner discharging port 405A. The first side wall 401 is provided with a projection 409 projecting away from the first side wall 401. |
