PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more correctly set an AF in an imaging apparatus, an AF evaluation value detecting method, and a program.SOLUTION: A CMOS sensor 115 images, as an original image, an image distorted when imaging is carried out on the plane (light-receiving surface of a distortion pre-correction coordinate system) of a first coordinate system by an optical lens device 111, and outputs the data (distortion RAW201) of the original image.
