PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge treatment system for suppressing the excessive use of a coagulating agent and also obtaining stable sludge property in an energy saving manner.SOLUTION: The sludge treatment system includes a pump drive control part 6c for controlling the additive rate of a coagulating agent to be added by coagulating agent injection pumps 4, 5 in each one of thickening step and dehydrating step. The pump drive control part 6c controls a coagulating agent additive rate a%-TS in the thickening step so that the concentration of sludge from the thickener 2 is fixed at a first predetermined concentration C1%, controls a coagulating agent additive rate b%-TS in the dehydrating step thereby so that the concentration of sludge from a dehydrator 3 is fixed at a second predetermined concentration C2%, and also performs control so that the coagulating agent additive rate a%-TS in the thickening step is an additive rate (a%-TS>b%-TS) larger than the coagulating agent additive rate b%-TS in the dehydrating step. |
