PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an air conditioning room at a safety temperature and to achieve energy saving of air conditioners and ICT apparatuses.SOLUTION: A first calculation formula for estimating a suction temperature of an ICT apparatus is calculated, a second calculation formula for estimating power consumption of an air conditioner is calculated and a third calculation formula for estimating power consumption of the ICT apparatus is calculated. A first conditional expression calculated on the basis of the second calculation formula and the third calculation formula so that a total value of the power consumption of the air conditioner and the power consumption of the ICT apparatus is minimized is set as an objective function. A second conditional expression in which a value obtained by substituting a second blowout temperature for the first calculation formula is a first threshold or less is set as a restriction condition. The second blowout temperature is calculated by a mathematical programming method using the objective function and the restriction condition. The ICT apparatus to be driven is determined on the basis the number of ICT apparatuses necessary for processing a predetermined load. |
