PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that highly precise alignment cannot be performed and distortion occurs in a generated mosaic image when the mosaic image is generated since a large band is used when a photographed image is transmitted as it is and encoding distortion occurs in the photographed image when the photographed image is encoded and transmitted when the mosaic image is generated on a real time from an image photographed at a remote place.SOLUTION: A mosaic image which is not affected by encoding distortion is generated by directly generating the mosaic image from an image photographed at a remote area. Although the mosaic image is enlarged as the number of photographed image increases, only region information and a region image of a region updated for each mosaic image update are encoded and transmitted. The mosaic image is restored from the region information and the region image, which are updated after reception, to reduce a transmission band. |
