PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable winding device from which wound cable can be easily taken off, and which can tightly wind even cable having comparably high rigidity.SOLUTION: The cable winding device includes: a pedestal 10; a winding main body 20 for winding cable K while rotating; and an operation handle 21. The winding main body 20 has: a rotary bar 22 pivotally and rotatably supported; and winding bars 23 extending from side surfaces at both end parts in a longitudinal direction of the rotary bar 22. One end part in the longitudinal direction of the rotary bar 22, including the winding bar 23 can be folded. Upstream of the winding main body 20, there is provided a rotatable tension adding body 41 held by a spring 42 in an always constant inclined attitude, and having two tension adding bars, as tension adding means for adding tension to the cable K, when winding the cable. When the cable K is wound, the cable K is stretched between both of the tension adding bars in an S-shape. |
