The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wall panel for a concrete water tank. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a wall panel for a concrete water tank, including: (a) a step of taking out a thin stainless steel sheet from a coiling roller: (b) a step of primarily flattening the stainless steel sheet by passing the stainless steel sheet through a first leveler; (c) a step of heating the stainless steel sheet by passing the stainless steel sheet through a heater; (d) a step of forming an adhesive layer in a predetermined thickness by coating a molten resin adhesive throughout the whole top surface of the stainless steel sheet; (e) a step of coating an ozone-resistant PE molten resin molten at a predetermined temperature on a top surface of the adhesive layer; (f) a step of forming an ozone-resistant PE molten resin layer with an uniform thickness on the top surface of the adhesive layer by passing the wall sheet on which the ozone-resistant PE molten resin is coated through a flattening roller; (g) and a step of secondarily flattening the wall sheet by passing the wall sheet through a second leveler. The molten resin adhesive is made of an adhesive composite containing 20-30 parts by weight of calcium carbonate based on 100 parts by weight of a low-density polyethylene based adhesive resin. The ozone-resistant PE molten resin is made of a resin composite containing 20-30 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer and 30-50 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer based on 100 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene.
