The present invention relates to a clip for fixing a supplementary frame in a detachable foaming mold. More particularly, the present invention relates to a clip for fixing a supplementary frame in a detachable foaming mold, which is installed inside of a foaming mold to fix a supplementary frame upon foaming and molding a car interior material, such as a headrest or a chair back, so that the supplementary frame is installed inside of the foamed and molded car interior material even after the mold is removed. The clip for fixing a supplementary frame in a detachable foaming mold comprises: a fixing bolt and a clip. The fixing bolt includes a coupling portion having a screw thread formed on the external part; a gap-retaining portion formed integrally with the coupling portion at the top end of the coupling portion with a predetermined thickness; a coupling hole formed at the top end of the gap-retaining portion to a predetermined depth of the coupling portion. The clip includes a linear portion including a pair of line materials having a predetermined length, and having a straight line with a predetermined length; a fixing portion formed by bending at the top end of the linear portion so that the fixing portion forms a diamond-like shape at the outside of the gap-retaining portion of the fixing bolt; and an insertion guiding portion formed by bending at the top end of the fixing portion upwardly in a V-like shape. |
