Provided are a weak-acid soap powder composition formed by mixing high functional materials to have a pH similar to the pH of human skin, a method for manufacturing a weak-acid soap using the composition, and a weak-acid soap manufactured by the method. The weak-acid soap composition comprises: 15-30 parts by weight of ELfan 84 (sodium cocoyl isethionate) powder, 7-14 parts by weight of corn starch, 1-6 parts by weight of calamine powder, 1-2 parts by weight of white clay powder, 1-2 parts by weight of citron extract powder, 1-3 parts by weight of natural betain powder, 1-2 parts by weight of phytopeps (Atofree powder), 0.1-0.5 part by weight of 100% of allantoin powder, 1-2 parts by weight of dietary sulfur, 5-10 parts by weight of cellulose, 0.5-2 parts by weight of niacinamide (vitamin B3), 1-5 parts by weight of arbutin, 3-8 parts by weight of low irritant surfactant (corium 9807), 3-5 parts by weight of natural surfactant (apple wash) extracted from apple juice, 2-6 parts by weight of moisturizer, 1-2 parts by weight of lemon extract, 1-2 parts by weight of olive liquid, 1-2 parts by weight of plant oil, and 1-2 parts by weight of vitamin E. |
