PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal nanoparticle superior in low-temperature sinterability, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The metal nanoparticle includes a core, comprising a noble metal particle or a noble metal alloy particle, and a copper layer coating it. The metal nanoparticle has average particle diameter of 20-60 nm and standard deviation of 10% or less, and further, is comprised by combining with an organic amine compound as a protective agent. The metal nanoparticle is manufactured by adding a copper compound and a noble metal compound, insoluble in a solvent, to the solvent, and adding the protective agent, comprising the organic amine compound, and a reducing agent, and further, applying ultrasonic waves. |
