PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for evaluating an advertising effect in an access road when guide data on a guide object is attached on the access road.SOLUTION: An advertising effect evaluation method for evaluating an advertising effect in a road when guide data on a guide object is attached on a predetermined road includes: storing a stop expectation value indicating a degree of easiness of a vehicle traveling on the road to stop in the road, in association with an access road to an intersection connected to the road, in a stop expectation value storage part; selecting the access road to the guide object as a target access road, from among roads connected to the intersection near the guide object, in order to evaluate the advertising effect; referring to the stop expectation value storage part; and evaluating a first advertising effect on the basis of the stop expectation value associated with the target access road. |
