The invention aims to provide a sealing apparatus and PTP packaging machine. The sealing apparatus can prevent cracking and breaking of a film more definitely and can achieve increase of qualified rate and production property. The sealing means (15) comprises a film receiving roll (16) and a sealing roller (17).
