Disclosed is a movable electrical discharge machine, comprising: a discharge electrode and a circuit to apply power to the discharge electrode; a machining shaft case including an electrode holder combined with the discharge electrode; a machining shaft fixed and installed to be separately rotatable as to the machining shaft case; a machining shaft rotation unit rotating the machining shaft; a machining shaft holder which is combined with the machining shaft rotationally in the inside to be able to move relatively along the machining shaft in accordance with its rotation; a main shaft which has one end fixed to the machining shaft vertically through the machining shaft holder, and can rotate around the axial center thereof; a main shaft holder where another end of the main shaft is fixed to be rotatable; a fixed shaft (column) which is vertically combined with the main shaft through the main shaft holder, so that the fixed shaft can rotate around an axis (Z-axis) while the main shaft holder moves in the Z-axis direction; an XY plane transfer part which can move the fixed shaft on a plane (XY plane) vertical to the axis while one end of the fixed shaft is fixed, and has a base fixed to a workpiece or a table. According to the present invention, the movable electrical discharge machine can perform discharge machining as to the workpiece situation-adaptively simply and rapidly without excessive burden of installation costs, workpiece transfer costs and efforts, when various and different discharge machining works are required as to several types of workpieces. |
