Disclosed in the present invention are an anti-fatigue composition, comprising at least one of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol (PPD) aglycone and 20(S)-protopanaxatriol (PPT) aglycone as an active ingredient, and an anti-fatigue composition comprising ginseng having increased contents of at least one of PPD aglycone and PPT aglycone as an active ingredient, wherein the ginseng is bio-converted to enzyme. The composition has effects in preventing, alleviating, and removing physical fatigue by reducing the concentrations of blood lactic acid.
