The present invention relates to an individual health protecting system based on communication with a data providing server and a method for the same. Specifically, the individual health protecting system can protect the health of an individual in real time by connecting information transmitted from multiple body detection sensors to a mass information processing device such as a big data processing device. The individual health protecting system based on communication with a data providing server includes: a local area communication unit (211) connected to the a least a body detection sensor (12_1 to 12_N); an individual setting unit (23) setting an operation state on at least an individual wearable device (14); an environment receiving unit (221) receiving outer environment information; a correlation determining unit (242) determining a correlation by comparing information transmitted from the environment receiving unit (221) and information transmitted from the body detection sensor (12_1 to 12_N) to information transmitted from an outer information providing server; and a control unit (21) controlling an operation state of the individual setting unit (23) or the body detection sensor (12_1 to 12_N) in accordance with the correlation determined by the correlation determining unit (242).
