摘要 The present invention relates to a method to predict and detect an oral lesion, capable of precisely exploring a lesion while quickly performing the exploration by comparing and determining detail blocks and a case image by setting a three-dimensional image with interest areas of upper and lower jaws when comparing the case image and the three-dimensional image about an oral cavity. The method to predict and detect an oral lesion through an oral lesion prediction system includes: an exploration area setting step of setting a reference position for lesion exploration among image data of a determination target, and setting an exploration area for the reference position; a lesion exploration step of loading case information, which is a comparison target for the lesion exploration, from a data storage part, and detecting a candidate lesion block by comparing and determining images of detail blocks of the exploration area and an individual case image; and a lesion display step of displaying image information about the candidate lesion block, explored in the lesion exploration step, the corresponding case image information, information data of the corresponding candidate lesion block, and lesion information of the case on a lesion display part.
