A pressure package system having a low center, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises an aerosol container where a high-pressure room is arranged in the inner top and a content filling room heavier than the high-pressure room is arranged in the inner bottom. Therefore, the present invention prevents the aerosol container from easily falling down.
