PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap preventing easy opening of a lid by enhancing engagement at an engagement part between a cap base body and an upper lid at the time of closing a lid, allowing the lid to be opened easily by a weak force at the time of opening the lid.SOLUTION: Relating to a hinge cap consisting of a cap base body and an upper lid, the cap base body includes an outer tube which engages with a container mouth part, an upper wall which is ring-like, a lid engagement part provided upright on the upper wall, and a teeming tube provided upright on an inner edge of the upper wall. An engagement ridge is protruded on an outer peripheral upper part of the lid engaging part. The upper lid includes a top wall, an outer peripheral wall, and an inner peripheral wall. At a lower part of the outer peripheral wall, an outer periphery lower wall is formed in which an inner periphery engages with the outer periphery of the lid engaging part. At an inner periphery lower part of the outer periphery lower wall, a swollen ring is provided in which an upper part abuts with a lower part of the engagement ridge of the lid engaging part. On the opposite side of a hinge of the outer periphery lower wall, a pinching member is arranged at a lower end part. A thin wall part is formed below an upper end part of the swollen ring on the opposite side of the hinge of the outer periphery lower wall, allowing deformation. |
