摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum burnishing process which gives a compressive residual stress complying with the position of a blade groove in order to reduce the possibility of damage such as a low-cycle fatigue, fretting fatigue, etc., and which can lessen the surface roughness and reduce the processing cost, compared with a conventional technique.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a turbine rotor including turbine rotor blades 3 furnished with a blade fitting part of counter-christmas tree shape having a blade hook part 33 and a blade neck part 32, or a rotor side blade groove 21 having a rotor hook part 23 and a rotor neck part 22 and suitable for the blade fitting part of a counter-christmas tree shape of each turbine rotor blade 3, characterized in that the processing conditions for burnishing are set according to each part to be processed of the blade hook part 33 and blade neck part 32, or otherwise the processing conditions for burnishing are set according to each part to be processed of the rotor hook part 23 and rotor neck part 22.
