PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear body structure where the suspension housing of a rear wheel house upper part and a pillar part are separated from each other in a horizontal direction, capable of preventing internal collapse of a side panel inner without increasing the number of components.SOLUTION: A pillar lane 24 is joined to an outside reinforcing member 27 at an extension 24d extended rearward to the outside reinforcing member 27, and the upper edge 27a, the front edge 27e and the rear edge 27g of the outside reinforcing member 27 are joined to a side panel inner 22, respectively to form a closed section part. A first hole part 41 is formed at the front end of the upper edge 27a of the outside reinforcing member 27. A foam adhesive material having a base part in the closed section formed by the outside reinforcing member 27 and the side panel inner 22 includes a first protruded part X1 passing through the first hole 41 to be bonded to the outside reinforcing member 27 and the pillar lane 24. |
