PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel type hybrid drive device which prevents deposition of particulate matters while preventing the deterioration of the energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A hybrid drive device includes: an engine; a filter part; a generator; a battery; a motor; and a transmission part. The filter part is disposed in an exhaust passage of the engine and purifies an exhaust gas. The generator generates electric power by a driving force of the engine. The battery is charged by the generator generating the electric power. The motor is driven by the electric power generated by the generator or the electric power charged in the battery. The transmission part transmits the driving force of the engine and a driving force of the motor for moving a work vehicle or driving a work machine. The hybrid drive device performs first control, in which the output of the motor is reduced to increase a load of the engine, when the amount of the power stored in the battery is equal to or higher than a threshold value. |
