The present invention relates to a non-powered scrap removal apparatus for a press mold, which can remove scrap discharged from a press mold while being operated in connection with the press mold without additional power consumption or damage to the press mold. The non-powered scrap removal apparatus of the present invention includes: a core box installed at the rear of a mold box; a guide member which is installed diagonally from one end and the other end to be located at an upper side and a lower side in a diagonal direction relatively to each other, and is installed to be supported elastically by a support spring while having one end located in the core box under the state of penetrating the inner space of the mold box, and receives the scrap falling down from the lower mold and then guides the scrap to be moved to one end located at a lower side and then to be discharged; and a hitting member which is installed to be able to slide under the state of penetrating an upper plane of the core box, and causes vibration to move the scrap to the other end of the guide member by descending together whenever an upper press descends and makes a lower part come in contact with and hit one end of the guide member. |
